2009 Justice League Unlimited Samurai

Samurai (Toshio Eto) came in a DC Universe Justice League Unlimited Fan Collection 3 Pack with Black Vulcan and Apache Chief. These characters were part of the effort to diversify the characters on the Super Friends animated show. Samurai is the Lord of the Winds who could control the wind through use of his bracelets. He has no accessories.
